All individuals working with the Malden Tax Partnership are protected from harm due to errors in preparing individuals’ tax returns as long as they conform to the program requirements and regulations. 

Confidentiality and Privacy of Records

Malden Tax Partnership has a strict confidentiality policy and conforms to IRS regulations for the handling of taxpayer information. The information you provide to Malden Tax Partnership is confidential and protected to the fullest extent possible. Malden Tax Partnership will not disclose or distribute taxpayer information to third parties without prior written consent by the taxpayer. The only taxpayer records we will keep are those required by IRS regulations. Information that we are not required to keep will be returned to the taxpayer or shredded after we complete the taxpayer’s return.
