Tax returns should take approximately 1 hour to prepare. Please arrive about 15 minutes early so we can make sure the IRS Intake Form is completed before we begin your tax return. The information on that form is necessary for us to complete your tax return.

When you call to schedule an appointment, we will try to book the day and time that is best for you, but we must make sure we have volunteers available to prepare your return. We may need to call you back to set or confirm the appointment.
The person you speak with on the phone may ask you a series of questions. These are part of the initial Intake Interview Form we are using and will help us “pre-qualify” you for participating in this program. Please be patient. If you cannot answer the questions over the phone, just tell the person that you are not in a private space and that you’ll answer these when you come to get your taxes done.
