This section provides information about the Economic Stimulus Payments. As we gather more information from the IRS, we will continue to add information to this section. 

Please note that the VITA Volunteers at the Cyber Cafe @ Malden Square will be able to help taxpayers complete the special version of Form 1040A to file for the stimulus payment if they do not typically file a federal income tax return.

We will set up special walk-in times in late March and early April for this purpose. 

The IRS will automatically check all 2007 federal income tax returns for eligibility, so there is nothing extra taxpayers have to do to get the stimulus payment.
